Got a semi-buff from it's incredibly stupid anime version, IIRC.
Generally a nice boost for Heroics.

I still remember seeing the one of the funniest OTK's I've seen for a while.

Player One: Controls Utopia and Judgement dragon and some other random set card.

Player Two: Draws, summons Double Lance overlays for Excali. Mind controls exodia and Summons Utopia Ray. Uses ray to make JD 0. Detahs excali, then activates this, attacking with Excali for game.

I found it awesome. Its actually pretty goof in the deck, just for some of the craziness.
