Darj
The description confuses me: You have to negate a Summon the gain the extra Normal Summon, or is that not necessary? Similarly, the "Draw 1 card" effect will still activate even if you don't negate anything? Either way, this card reminds me of "Maxx C" and it could be even better: Whereas Maxx C still leaves you open to OTKs, this one discourages your opponent entirely from Summoning another monster unless they can afford the loss, but most likely they won't be able to perform further combos. Maybe you should remove the "Draw 1 card" because as it stands, there is no cost for you for activating this card, and that might be overpowered on the long run. Aix
do u mean when ur opponent summons a monster u can activate it?
Sora1499
The card's design is aggressive, and a bit shaky. The fact that you can't choose the next summon to negate balances the card, and can put stress on your opponent. What makes it unique is that you get the extra normal summon next turn, and that can give you an advantage. Also, its a spell and it returns monsters to the deck, so its not a target for 7 tools or destruction jammer, which makes it more playable. The "draw 1 card effect" is random, unnecessary, and quite frankly too powerful. I recommend that you cut it out. Overall, a good card. 8/

[/quote] Yes the draw happens when this card is played. Not exactly, the NS is kinda free I think with how it's worded. I could be wrong though since I'm still not entirely up to date on the new OCG format as I left about the time it was implemented. D.A._Sakuyamon
Bump and Edited out the draw as well as making the effect a bit clearer I hope.
Spenсe
Why isn't it a trap card? You can't activate it during your turn. I'm intrigued by the effect. Its quite unique. It effectively applies pressure on your opponent. Although I have a few questions: -Does the effect to get the extra Normal Summon apply only when you successfully negate a Summon? Or is it applied to the successful activation of this card? -Is it possible to negate during the Damage Step (e.g. Giant Rat, Tragoedia, Hydrogeddon)? Yes you get it even if your opp. doesn't summon after it's activated. 2. Most definitely. As for why it's not a trap, personally to me it feels more like a quick-play.
