One that might not have even been put on the ban list due to the reason it was being made. And what does he make? A card with a lackluster burn effect and a completely unecessary restriction. How many copies are even in circulation? I know the kid has a copy and his parents do, but I think 2 others were made for Konami to use as promos for future events.
