It's a -1 that disrupts plays and gets around destruction negation.

Not sure if the 1 per turn restriction was necessary.

EDIT: The more I look at this card the more I find it horrible. Oh well.

Interesting, so it allows for summons of high level cards. I like this card a lot, tough the card itself looks weird with that white text. How ever, I find that since you need two monsters to resolve this effect, it will be pretty slow to use.

The 2 monsters part really isn't that hard to accomplish. The only thing the makes it bad is the level restriction. I'll be fixing that once I get graded in a contest I submitted this in.

I have a question: If you don't have a monster you can reveal and summon that is the exact level, can you still activate this effect?

I would say it would be hard to get the level exactly, and it would be hard using it during your opponent's turn, as you actually would only get the monster until the end of the turn, meaning you don't get the monster during your turn, so what it does is simply stop a monster and give you a shield for the turn, I suppose it could work, but I personally wouldn't use it.

There is a card that is very similar. "Ninjitsu Art of Super Transformation" sends 1 card on each side of the field to the Graveyard to summon a high-level monster from your Deck and you can activate it whenever you want. "Ninjitsu Art of Super Transformation" would be superior to this card in many ways except that it requires that you have a ninja, and it is a continuous trap and has to stay on the field, otherwise the monster is destroyed.

I'm under the impression that you think the monster you summon with this leaves the field after the turn it hits. That would be incorrect. Also, yes the level restriction is what makes it bad. I will be fixing it when my grade for the contest this card is in comes up.

Oh lol, I misread it. Sorry. Then, I suppose it's okay. The effect negation thing is also really good, because many Ninja Decks summon Dark Simorgh to prevent their opponents from defending with set cards or using traps.

Hmm? Dark Simorph? Hadn't thought of that. Would work I guess.

And Super Transformation being superior to this is bad...how? If this cards Level restriction were to be the same as Super Transformations, then this card would be broken. Really, the card itself is borderline broken at the moment as its not that hard to get a high level monster out with this as people still run Level 4 / 3 monsters, so getting out, let's say a Level 7 / 8 monster wouldn't be hard. Also, just a quick side note, you can't activate Super Transformation whenever you want, as you still have to set it and hope that it doesn't get hit by MSST / Heavy Storm.
