I'm not really open to debate on the ATK/DEF or the monsters actual effect but i would like to no were i went wrong in the OCG as i no theres something wrong i just can't seem to work it out.so eny OCG help will be most appreciated.

So its a pseudo-JD of crappiness? The fact that its effect activates during the standby phase hampers its usability, because by then your opponent will have either gotten rid of it or set all of their monsters. Is it unusable, however? No. It's a snazzy beater that clears the 3k power tier, which is extremely useful. All in all, effect won't see much use, but I'd run it because of the ATK. If you want to make the effect more usable, turn it into an ignition (or, "once per turn") effect.

Ok i will take note of that when i get around to make a set for him , as you did make a valid point instead of just insulting it , but my main concern is the ocg , i never seem to get it right or even close judging by the replies on my other posts , so if it isn't to much trouble can u comment on whats wrong with the ocg and what it should be ?

:/ I think I would be breaking advanced clause if I said something without having 45 words of actual review and OCG corrections don't count towards the 45. I know you said not to say much about the ATK/DEF, but the ATK/DEF on that monster is a bit too much, I'm pretty sure Red Dragon Archfiend is the guy that is supposed to be the Level 8 Synchro with the most ATK at 3000 (I think there's a limit or something). The effect isn't very useful as it activates during the Standby Phase and if your opponent lacked the ability to get rid of your guy, then he probably doesn't have much to warrant you using the effect. The other thing is that this is almost like another "Wall of Revealing Light" albeit harder to use/summon, but it could still be used with Life Equalizer, Self-Destruct Button and/or Reversal Quiz.

OCG (I'm not an expert but...):
1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
At the start of your Standby Phase, you can pay any multiple of 1000 Life Points; Destroy all face-up monsters (except this card) with ATK less than or equal to the amount you paid. This monster cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

Image kinda blurry, effect pays to many life points and should be: You can pay Life Points in multiples of 500 (Max 5) to destroy cards on the field equal to how many times you used this cards effect.
In overall, 3/10 Not tryin to be mean, but constructive critisizm

OT: Sora has said what there is to say about this, although If I may clarify, there is no point in running this for it's ATK because Red Dragon Archfiend exists. Sorry mate, but you gotta do a lot more than this to make a good card. (Also, picture is dreadfully bad)
