I want to use it so badly I mean think about it unlocks other level of Agent greatness and it has divine punishment! But its just doesn't do anything! I need this card to be retrained majorly. Doesn't offer you much by it self, but i like the fact there are fields like this that serve as a beacon of power so to speak for an archetype centered around it. the fluff is great, which i always love.
