Blake Posted November 2, 2012 Report Share Posted November 2, 2012 We can have a generic 3 Material Rank 3 2900 wall that serves as a Change of Heart for level 4 and lowers, but by God, a 3000 wall that stops burn and needs Xyz Materials to be a wall is far too powerful to be generic!
