It's a very stupid card.
Chateau + Ticket on the field, and you generate pretty much a +5 (+2 Madolche from your Graveyard to your hand. -2 cards on your opponent's side. + 1 Special Summon from your Deck).

I can see why the price is what it is. Though, it also must be that only the Sneak Peek cards are running around, and everyone wants to take advantage of it. Give it time.

It's a [s]+2[/s] [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Madolche_Ticket"][s]+3[/s][/url] [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Madolche_Chateau"]+5[/url]. If you pull her effect off you've basically won.
