No but seriously, I feel that there are just better cards to do what this does (Marauding Captain, Goblindergh, etc) and those cards aren't great anyway so this card is just bad imo. And the fact it's Level 4 specific doesn't help much.

E-HERO doesn't need it. If you wanted to run something bad that's a -1 from the hand, you could run Photon Lead because at least it's a Quick Play. It's bad because it -'s you to make a play that would more than likely minus you further. There's no point in overextending from the hand and wasting card advantage just to try and bring out an Xyz/Synchro.
