I changed deck: +3 Batteryman -1 Sishunder -1 sea horse (special summon restriction does really hinder the deck, unless with protection. Vylon Prisms and Crimson Blader + Stardust + Scrap is much better. You also need 3 Cardcar, and Sishunder isn't aiding in the main win condition.BLS and Honest are rather extraneous, too, and anti-OTK cards like Threatening Roar and/or Swift Scarecrow help.
