Azphreal
Was browsing through Cosmo Blazer and found this.
During your Main Phase: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; this turn, you can Tribute Summon a monster with 1 less Tribute than required. You can only use the effect of "Amarylease" once per turn.
I was thinking along the lines of some Tribute decks, such as Monarchs, Ancient Gear (free Golem!), etc. Opinions? Bahamut - Envoy of the End
........... Monarchs! .......... no, that doesn't work... ........ Steelswarm! ......... no, that doesn't either... .......... Ancient Gears! ......... no.... ..... maybe..... no.... what if.... no.... Pretty much everything that you would ever want to tribute summon, you'd be better off tribute summoning.
Azphreal
It says it technically 'Tribute Summons', so I thought it would work. And I understand on space issues, but on the off-chance that you found space...?
CommanderVolt
Would this stack with geartown to summon gear golem with no releases? (tributes)
Alpakha
Might work in Gigavise to summon any dead Gigaplants in hand. But probably won't be that consistent.
Synchronized
Wait, it would work with Monarchs, based on wording.
What I mean is, based on the way its worded, it still technically 'Tribute Summons' the monster, which is what Monarchs need to activate their effect(s). CommanderVolt
A monster Summoned with no tributes is considered a plain normal summon.
Agro
If we want to make something weird like gigaplant turbo with this, I suppose it's possible.
darkwolf777
I would assume its supposed to be named Amaryllis.
Miror B
It's support for that Haze Beast archtype. Except it has like no benefits from them at all.

Off-topic, I can personally see Haze Beast/Hieratic looking good.
EmpoleMew
I would assume its supposed to be named Amaryllis.
It's a pun. In the OCG, Tributing a monster is called Releasing. And a Tribute Summon is called Advance Summon, hence the spell card "Sovereign of the Advance."
