Regardless, I always liked the concept of chaining this to something like Storm/Typhoon, grab an exploitable monster like Sangan, and then turn profit off the Opponent's actions. Then comes cards like Scrap Dragon, who, this will not only provide Synchro Material for, but also fodder for it's effect as well.
