Time Traveler, one of my personal staples

Rulings note: when time traveler comes back after 2 Standby Phases, this is not a summon (see interdimensional matter transporter or destiny HERO doom lord) thus you cannot banish him again, but you can change his battle position that turn.

Uses include:

1. Getting rid of synchro and xyz monsters

2. Boucing lock down cards like royal opression and archlord crystia (sp?) so that you have a turn lock free.

3. Taking back stolen monsters

4. Getting rid of (mostly gorz) tokens

5. A balanced Destiny HERO disk commander draw play.

6. A good way to get pluses in general if you can special summon it.
