Shuts down most Tier Decks, but is completely balanced in that it can't hit Xyzs all that much. And even if they do Xyz, they're staring at 2800 ATK. Good against Chaos Dragon, Agents and Machina Geargia. Also probably some other stuff I've forgotten about. In a more Synchro based format, I would run this over Colossal/Thought Ruler.
