Inverted colors usually make things look bad.

Venus is all right even though there's no quick way to search for fuel for her effect. She has low ATK but she sets up your Graveyard and generates presence.

Earth is slightly excessive. There's no Level, effect, position, or Xyz restriction. At least give it some cost.

Mars is like a fixed [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Zubaba_Buster"]Zubaba Buster[/url]. It's perfectly fine.

Jupiter's Normal Summon effect could be abridged to "If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters except DARK Fairy-Type "Parallel" monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing." Or you could take out the "DARK Fairy-Type" part if you're not worried about KONAMI making some "Parallel" monster in the future.

Saturn is OK. The first effect is decent on an 1800 body, but the second effect can only be set up by Dual Force or Master, taking away resources you could use for Earth.

Solar System Master's last effect is phrased oddly. The "during either player's turn" bit should be part of the Activation Conditions before the colon; being able to apply the other effect during any turn will come naturally from that. Also, it is an aesthetic tragedy. No doubt the effects work together, but there just don't need to be so many, and you can probably drop Effect 1 and Effect 4[color="#000000"]½[/color].

Dual Force is a setup card, like [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Future_Glow"]Future Glow[/url]. And like Future Glow, it's lackluster in spite of the ATK boost because you generally need a specific card to pair with it (Saturn). Still, 1800 ATK as a Quick-Play is nice.
