newhat Posted November 25, 2012 Report Share Posted November 25, 2012 3 is a good number because if your opponent's hand is clogged with monsters they probably want them in the Graveyard anyways. 5 is just silly since you'll cost them 1 card off the normal, at most. If it said your opponent could only had something like, 4 cards in hand at any given time, it'd be nice, but stating it as just part of the hand limit makes it so that your opponent can fill out 1000 cards in hand, and do everything normally, and only worry about it at the end of their turn. Also, I always disliked how it can't stack. It should have made it 1 less, or even 2 less from whatever X currently is, so that having 3 copies of it in play would actually mean something.
