Let me fix the OCG for you.
This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is the only monster on your field: You can destroy this card to Special Summon 1 "Copycat" from your hand or deck.

It's an interesting card I don't see why you would want it though, there's easier ways to summon him, sangan would be more useful as a searcher. But it can't be destroyed by battle, plus it's a Tuner so it might be useful. I'll give it 6/10 for the interesting effect and the picture which I like <3

The fact that it is a support card for one single card makes it awkward since we really stopped doing that a long time ago, but I won't complain.

It's an unkillable-by-battle One For One target, which is pretty neat on its own. The other one is that The Fool Arcana card, which your opponent could switch to Attack Position and use it to inflict serious damage until you can get rid of it.

Plus, it's also a Tuner. The only other unkillable-by-battle Tuner is Shiba-Warrior Taro, which bounces itself to the hand after it witnesses a card being destroyed, and doesn't enjoy the pleasures of being a One For One target.

It's useful on its own, but if it gets ran, chances are you still won't run Copycat. It's not this card's fault, it's pretty amazing, it's just that Copycat is... well... not [i]too[/i] good. Although, the fact that this is DARK and Copycat is LIGHT makes for lulzy Chaos shenanigans.

This card in that manner isn't that bad, since it SSs from hand or Deck, and is not situational and has other uses, unlike, for example The Flute of Summoning Dragon.
Also, "Deck" is capital in the lore, and card is not bad overall, being indestructible by battle and all.

If you ever get past 100 posts, you gotta stop making comments like that. The only use I can see for this card is as a stall, or, in a [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Piper_Chaos"]Mystic Piper Deck[/url]. It's great in Mystic Piper because a. it is a Level 1 and b. it can be used for Chaos Summoning. Of course, now in Advanced Format, both Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning and Chaos Sorcerer are both Limited so the power of a Mystic Piper Deck has decreased, but it is still a great Deck. It's a nice card, just not really usable or useful in most Decks.

Set this whilst opponent has big bad boss monster -> opponent attacks into it, card stays on field -> next turn, make Catastor, pop big boss monster, bask in lulziness

Now that glow-up bulb is banned, we kinda need an uber-generic level 1 tuner, and this card fits the bill. As ABC has said, its a 141 and chaos target, further contributing to its splashability. It could revitalize synchroccentric decks to a degree, but not by much. Which leads me to my problems with the card.

The card isn't dynamic in terms of design, its just a wall that sits and waits for you to draw into a 4 and make Catastor, a win-more stally card that's kinda lackluster.

Overall, its not horrible, just not incredible. I'm gonna piggyback off of exaenae and give this a 7.

I love how this would work with One for One, and the fact that it is also a Tuner, and indestructible by battle is just cool. I like to think this would work OK in a modern Synchro deck, as long as teh deck in question ran One for One. This actually wouldnt be used for its second effect, seeing as Copycat sucks, but all the other stuff about it makes it really neat. Plus it's DARK.

All in all, this is a really decent card! Keep up the good work
