Dragunities for locals

[center]Going to locals tomorrow with my Dragunities. This my build:[/center]

[center]I swapped a 3rd Legionnaire and a 2nd Aklys fom the original build I had a couple weeks ago for the 2 Veilers. (I'm also considering negging a Cards of Cons with only 4 targets).[/center]

[center]However, my friend has other ideas when it comes to my deck, this is the build he suggested for me:[/center]

I don't know enough about Drag's to really testify on which build is better, but one thing I did notice...

No Dark Hole? I don't know enough about Drag's to know if you don't need it, or if you don't actually own one, but it is a staple and all that.

I have many Dark Hole, I'd probs sub a Cards of Cons for that. The main reason for not Torrential was board control for myself, similar to why I didn't want to run Dark Hole, I might run it tomorrow.

Both builds feel like they run too little monsters.

If you can find space for a 2nd Aklys as well as a 3rd Mysteltainn, I would suggest taking the first build. It also feels like you aren't running enough Level 5 Synchs, especially considering Legionnaire can make them in a heartbeat. For the second build, I don't even know how he squeezed by without Aklys; that's the main destruction catalyst of the Deck, outside of Legionnaire, which has other practical uses. Also, 2nd Zephyrus in the first build.

Before I added the Veilers I had 2 Aklys in the deck as well as a 3rd Mystletainn. What I'd do is take out a CoC and the 3rd MST (for the side) for another Aklys and Mystletainn.
As for level 5 Synchs, my only other option is Magical Android, what should I take out for that?

I'd probably say 1 less Scrap Dragon.

I'd also say for the first build, -1 CoC, -1 Avarice, -1 CotH, +1 Aklys, +1 Mystletainn, +1 Zeph.

The first build looks a lot more soild; you should go with that build.

I was running the first build a couple of weeks ago, and came 2nd (losing to Merlanteans).
The guy who suggested the cards for the 2nd build said that Legionnaire and Aklys weren't that great and told me to get rid of them, that was last week and I didn't do to well as a result.

so... Extra, -1 Scrap, +1 Android?

Your friend is an idiot if he thinks that Legionnaire and Aklys aren't great. Legionnaire can serve as Synchro fodder for Phalanx as well as being a 2-card popper with Aklys.

He negged both of them for his build he suggested I follow, I was reluctant to remove them though.
