[Aix's Single] Spell Seeker Shaman *Reviewers get Reps*

So, I'm reviving the concept of giving good reviews Reps. I encourage people to give out Reps to anyone who gives a good relevant review.
So this card: What do you think of it? Is it too cheap to add[i] any Spell Card[/i] from your Deck to your hand? Or do you even think it could do without the "Cannot be Special Summoned" limitation?

I actually like it alot. It's a great use for Normal Summoning and bringing a spell and I can see this card running in every deck.

It's a great way to raise the meta and add "MST" or "Monster Reborn" to your hand and its drawback with the tribute is great.

I can DEFINITELY see this in SpellBook decks since it brings Spells and its a Spellcaster.

It might be used in Spellbook Decks, but it would run it as an extra for bringing Monster Reborn and stuff rather than Spellbooks cuz of the restrictions and the fact that they already have a Spellbook searcher. 1 Rep for you. I would generally request longer reviews, but I realize there really isn't that much to say about this card

Oh, and I forgotten to mention, but repeating what others say is not a good review. You gotta bring something new to the table for a rep.

I certainly like the card. It's balanced, but I feel there should be a "once per turn" clause for some strange coincidences.

Also, I feel it would be a bit more balanced if it had the Card Car D (or something similar) lore instead of what you put. But that's probably just me.

It seems pretty mean to me. Like Cardcar D, only more precise.

In Lavals, you can instantly search Molten Transmission Field/Rekindling. Sure, you use up your Normal Summon, and you can't draw from Hyper Librarian, but even if you wait a turn you still go off way faster than you normally would.

In Infernity, you can instantly search Launcher. You can't use Archfiend in the same turn, but you can wait.

In Fire King, you can instantly search Assault of the Fire Kings or Rekindling, and in this case you don't need Librarian to win.

There are a ton of Limited cards to be abused with this: Monster Reborn, Heavy Storm, Dark Hole...You make those cards much more consistent by using this. The drawback of not being able to use this in the same turn as Duality or any searcher doesn't mean anything if your opponent has no way of stopping the card you search.

Axi...What have you done? This card is exchangeable for 3 limited cards that are run in every deck: dark hole, heavy storm, and reborn. Essentially, this card can completely change the entire course of a duel for the mere cost of a normal summon. How is that fair?

Fixes: I'd add a clause "You cannot activate that spell card during this turn", but even then this card would probably hit the list if released.

Interesting card to say the least. It is good that it wastes a normal summon to get the spell card. Good support for spell books as well, as it can get to their important cards faster. I see this card being very potent late game as well as it can give you that Heavy Storm or Monster Reborn that you would need to push you over the edge in a duel to get the win. Overall, I like the card and it seems very strong. Good job!

Alright, I made an edit: You activate it during the End Phase, but you ARE allowed to Special Summon it, however, you can only activate it once per Duel.
Is that better?

No, the SS is bad because Shining Angel. Keep the no-SS clause.
