Not-so-Radiant Arin
Seems like a fairly good side against Spellbooks, along with Mind Crush. You can also ditch this to steal Shi En, as well, so it's good for the Six Sam match. Discuss.
OmegaWave
I side 1-2 of these at locals always. Spellbooks, Sams, HEROes, etc. It has alot going for it.
newhat
Lost a little power in the new format due to a lack of Synchro Monsters and Level 5-6 monsters, but it's still a great side with a lot of targets.
ihop
I'd rather play Kinetic for Samurai and Mind Crush for Prophecy tbh.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
I'd rather play Kinetic for Samurai and Mind Crush for Prophecy tbh.
Kinetic is good for stalling, I guess, but Puppet can potentially deal with the problem better, provided you discard it during your turn (a bad move, but still legitimate nonetheless), and then use the target for Synchroing. Junon is Level 7 after all; a single Veiler can turn her into Scrap to blow stuff up. I guess it depends on personal preference.
ihop
You can't discard it during their turn...
Which is why I am not a big fan of this card. Would rather side Kinetic and Mind Crush as said before.
evilfusion
Yeah, I was sad when I realized this and the cards like it aren't Quick Effects.

ihop
Quick effects specificly specify that they can be used during an opponent's turn. You could just as well say Card Trooper is quick.
