seeing as in WC10 this allows you to use Return from a different dimension and you don't pay cost with this guy's effect. I would guess, I will try it on WC10 and report back

I'm thinking that, because it's wording is like Diamond Dude, costs and activation conditions don't need to be met, since only the effect is being used.

yes it is does, just tried it. Junk collector can trigger Torrential Tribute[in the Graveyard] at will via his effect, so mirror force should be the same

I thought you still had to fulfill the correct timing for the Trap (Torrential only to Summon, Mirror Force to an attack). If not, then it's a little better, but the trick is Summoning it while still having a good Trap in your Grave to use, but I suppose things like Chaos-End Master could help significantly.

Looked it up: Ruling is the activation timing must be correct/the effect has to be able to be performed.

I made a Rank 5 Return Deck around this guy. Worked...very badly. Too much damage involved and you never draw/mill Traps when you need them.

Pretty cool FTK aside from the fact that it requires 2 Limited cards and Library + 3 Spells is usually game anyhow.
