An underrated card [Wild Tornado]

Dust Tornado can effectively kill stuff better without letting your opponent set stuff after the play. In fact, it let's YOU set stuff after the play. Isn't that neat?

But really, I need more explanation than this. Like how Mind Crush was instantly a good side against Prophecies or whatever, or like how Raging Earth is good in Worm.dek.

The only advantage this has over Dust Tornado is that if it's hit by MST or similar during the End Phase, it can destroy a faceup card. Dust Tornado can destroy faceup OR facedown S/Ts when it's activated, and Wild is restricted to faceup S/Ts.

Dust Tornado's flexibility outranks Wild Tornado's limited application with a "small" compensation if you can't actually use it before it's destroyed.

And with MST at 3, you should rarely need the more obscure S/T destruction options.
