Alpakha
IMO just a plot device. Effect is situational and not a great one at that. A card effect used during BP will probably be d-prison/mirror force/etc. Sometimes it'll be lance but, like I said, it's situational.
CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
the first effect is unique given it seem to permanently negate those monsters' effects but i am uncertained how that stats alteration affects with continuous effect boost like Firedance cards on Fire Fist monsters for example. the second one is slow and rely on opponent to activate something... even if they activate a card effect it will be like what Kvn said so its boost effects will be all for naught unless you have something to negate it :/ in the end a plot device card... Northern Sage
It gets around Utopia in two ways. Not Galaxy-Eyes, though. :S They seem to be running out of card design ideas...

~British Soul~
The one thing that goes for it is 2 x level 8s, but it's just a plot device card that conveniently gets around Utopia, but it's simply situational.

Wildflame
Hope they change it for the irl version, I don't want another cover card as useless as Shark Drake Weiss.
Jord200
I'm kind of disapointed. I was expecting it to either be broke or on par with GEPD. Watch them give it flat out amazing art, and make this the IRL effect. I would rather go into to other things than this.....
Sora1499
I'd rather make thunder end dragon or Heliopolis...
Strider Tigerwolf
It's funny how Honest still gets around this guy should it decide to ram into a LIGHT 1050+ ATK monster.
Toffee.
Just re-name it: Number 107: This-card-totally-isn't-anti-Utopia -Eyes Tachyon Dragon Would make much more sense.
CommanderVolt
huh. So this guy commands an army of Beast King Barbaros? Intresting. I was hoping it would have some more flare to it, but I like how it resets monster ATK/DEF as you don't see that too often. Secondary effect is neat, I can see that punishing yuma's trap cards that he uses EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. and gdit I dont care if it doesnt get any better then this, Im still overly enthralled with this guy, as EF is to normal Galaxy eyes. Also floaters and sangan, and other monsters taht activate when destroyed that dont hinder it, give it an extra attack.
NeoRWBY65
From the wording, it sounds like it takes out Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, like ZW-Unicorn spear was able to take it out by negating the effect during the battle phase. Synchronized
It'll probably get a buff irl and the negation will more than likely become a trigger effect

Agro
The first effect isn't as situational as everyone seems to think. Zenmaines, Gachi, and Maestroke are running around after all. The second effect is absolutely worthless.
