The burn doesn't matter frankly, the fact that it can turn up, pop 2 and then sit behind its respectable defence is amazing. And whilst yes Sun Dragon can do this argueably better, if you don't have anything to tribute this goes heads above Sun Dragon. And for once it's a good name change which is a relief. Generic Rank 8, while the stats arent amazing, they're respectable, and it can kill any opposing SSed monsters, not just Xyz, although it has to be an Xyz for burn damage. It can also be used twice per turn, which is wicked in its own right. Should definitely be run if you use Rank 8s, just for the chance to use the effect.
