My confusion stems from the fact you said "Cards like this", as if it's an example of a card that's actually used to keep something in check. I'm at a loss of what this is seriously hindering. Consecrated Light is a MUCH better example of a card that's incredibly OPed in what it does, and keeps something in check. It was THE anti-Infernity card.
