It allows merlanteans to OTK so quickly that it's really unfair. It's also searchable via undine, and if you draw into it you can sack the opponent's field and THEN grab another one. Besides, this card is fine by itself (in theory, a -1 when summoned by its own effect), Atlanteans and Linde are the reasons why it's problematic.
