You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Banishing 1 face-up Fairy-Type monster you control. Field Spell Cards cannot be activated. Once per turn: You can Reveal the top 3 cards of your Deck; Destroy a number of cards on the field equal to the number of Level 4 or lower monsters revealed by this effect. This card cannot attack the turn you use this effect.
Get this out first turn, your opponent can't play Gates/Necrovalley/Geartown. The destruction effect is merely icing on the cake. However, it has pretty weak stats, but nothing Gachi can fix, right?

Discuss.

Intersting card, but I can't really think of any Fairy monster that takes advantage of the banished zone. I would say that not being able to use fields is not that big of a deal, lots of decks can still be played without them. I suppose it's side effect is pretty powerful without being too overpowered since you would have to destroy cards you control as well. You might want to add how you return the revealed cards. Otherwise pretty nice, and since it's a light fairy could work in Agents/Herald could use it as well.

Why would you have to destroy cards you control, too? Only if your opponent has less cards than the number of Level 4 or lower monsters you reveal. Not that likely.
The side effect is overpowered IMO. I mean it's just Level 4 and it destroys probably 1-2 cards (Monsters, Spells and/or Traps !) per turn. Maybe only reveal two cards and for Level 2 or lower only, I'm not sure.
The Special Summon seems pretty unnecessary, since it's only a Level 4, but ok. The no-Field-Spell effect is also a bit weird, since this monster will probably not remain very long time on the field. Seems pretty situaltional.

Well, I would use this card only for the overpowered side effect. (;

I have to agree with this, the secondary effect would be the only reason this would be used. Plus its a fairy so yeah agents are gonna have a party with this card.

Except even some Agent decks are going to be hindered, because you can't use Sanctuary in the Sky with this card on the field.

This looks more like a Side Deck card. I agree with saying the side effect is OP'ed. I say change it to reveal 2 cards.

Um no offense but no good Agent decks use Sanctuary in the Sky, that's for casual agent decks. Once again no offense just stating what's out there in case you didn't know.

What he said.

OT: Yeah, it's borked as f***. I don't care about the first 2 effects, they're pretty much crap, I care that, in the right deck, this can +3 on-summon. This card is probably one of the stewpidest topdecks ever in that it's a normal-summonable sack machine for no good reason and no cost AT ALL. I'd make it only reveal the top card and have a cost of 1000 LP, but even then it's just stewpid in anything with a monster count over 20. So yeah, no me gusta nada.

Hahaha, no offense taken. But I was just trying to point out that even in casual play this hinders them. Probably should have stated that before.
