If Konami were possessed enough to actually make it for reals, it would probably read along the lines of "Target 2 monsters in your graveyard, pay XLP times the combined levels of the two monsters and Special Summon them. Their effcts are negated and they cannot attack. You cannot conduct your next battle phase, draw phase, or main phase 2, and during the end phase banish all cards you control, plus lose 2000 life points. Also you cannot xyz summon, synchro summon, fusion summon, ritual summon, advance summon, or do the locomotion summon this turn.
