MS picture manager comes with every windows computer 1) Make your card on the card maker2) Save your card to your computer3) Open it with MS paint and click the "select" tool4) select the stars indicating the level of your monster and copy-paste it to a second MS paint window 5) Open it with picture manager6) click "edit pictures" then click "color"7) change saturation to -100 8) go to file then click "save as"9) open it with MS paint10) go to edit then click "Paste from" and select the image for your card11) move the pasted image to the middle of your card Here's how it should come out: Show me how yours comes out in your reply.
