This is beyond crazy. Negate all opponents card effects when you have 1000 LP, while you control something with a pretty insurmountable 4500 ATK? Really Armz? Really?

Axe is pretty cool and balanced compared top Garbage Lord, Twin is pretty cool, Coil I can see why you did it, Neo I personally don't like.
