Well the first time she used it was the surprise flip when Yugi attacked, and the second she literally had to force Yugi to attack her using a card that's pretty much dead unless your opponent has Spirit Reaper or you have this out, it's pretty much the equivalent of a Lance to the face.

Actually, I vaguely recall Yugi was somehow oblivious to the fact it was Continuous and attacked again while it was out. THEN she started forcing him with Shadow of Eyes (anime).
