Photonic
Here it is; any feedback is appreciated. NoshpalStefan
First of all, text needs to be somewhat fixed. Here you go: "Pay 1000 Life Points; special summon any number of monsters that your opponent destroyed during the last Battle Phase". Furthermore, on the card itself, considering that the current meta doesn't really deal too much with destruction during the BP, except maybe for a few archetypes, this card doesn't seem too overpowered, but then again isn't as weak in a game as to not have it. After all, even if it's one monster, 1000 LP isn't much. I would honestly advise to make the cost 1500 LP. Lastly, I like the picture. Really fits with the effect, to be rather frank. 7/10. Really good for a first card.

You should increase the cost to 1500 LP after all you are special summoning the dead monster or the monsters destroyed by the Battle Phase. Again this card, can cost you to turn the tides or in other terms might be the key to your victory. It depends on how and when you use it. Not bad for your first card mate. I rate it 8/10. To be frank, the name of the card "Clockwork" is right to the picture of the card. Good Card.
Zazubat
I don't really see any reason for this to excist. I mean Monster freaking Reborn, if this was a Trap Card, it would be nice to revieve some guy who was destroyed but you really wanted to keep face-up. But for your first card, not so bad. Iam Isthename
This card is good but maybe increase the cost to 1500 as early stated by Literaturedude69 & lechugas and this card will be a legit card. The design is pretty cool and it really fits the effect of the card so I'm giving you (*insert drum roll) 8.5/10!!

Photonic
Thanks for the input. I took your advice, Literature and now I am going to start my own set based on time.
I don't really see any reason for this to excist. I mean Monster freaking Reborn
Monster Reborn is limited, though, so it would be nice to have another similar card in your deck. Sleepy
Design-wise, this card is a very good example of "come back" cards that cannot be abused in more offensive plays. Plus, Monster Reborn is broken, let's not strive for it. It's sort of like "Miracle's Wake", but only during your opponent's turn, and affecting many monsters at a time. Really, the card is decent, and I think small payments raised are meaningless, this could even get away with having no Life Point Pay at all. I like your concept. It's very well done. KDog03
I would love to see a deck based of this.
X-ZERO0
I like the card its quite basic and i think the picture fits the card nicely. however i dont see this card being used as a staple card (it wouldnt really fit into many decks) its effect can be quite handy dont get me wrong but i personally wouldnt use it 6.7 / 10 zero0
DeathWielder
I am a little confused. Does the card allow you to summon ALL monsters destroyed at that time, or just one? The text is just a little hard to understand. In any case, I would probably use this card, seeing as my deck revolves around special summoning. (Especially from the Graveyard.) (granted the cost is more generous and this is a spell card.)

This card is just about getting back what you just lost last turn/this turn. xD

However, it is a good card as I've said. And, I don't agree with those that want a higher cost, as the card is limited to bringing only cards destroyed within a small window of time. In that respect, I see how it is different from Return, lol. Good job on this.
EpicBoss99
I really like the card. I think that it is balanced, and a nice choice on the artwork. The OCG was fixed, so I think that this is a really awesome first card. Great Job! 9/
Sora1499
Epicboss, advanced clause, please. The fact that its targets are quite limited balances it, really. This card might be annoying to the other guy, however, because you can retrieve your combo pieces to sack em next turn with some ridiculous play. It's not horrible, but I honestly have mixed feelings about it. But for a new member, this card is quite innovative and original. Welcome to YCM, and I hope you enjoy your time here! drcrisis
I like that its in battle phase and that your opponent has to destroy them, no stupid shenanigans there Really useful in a few decks, and could be a game changer if you draw it in the right spot Really like it idea wise, but I just cant see a deck that this would really fit in to so yeah, something like 7/10 Good job new person
