Okay, I see a few things wrong here. First, dicarding is not a cost it seems, it just an effect? So can you just discard a card when ever? Also, what is the appropriate monster? Any monster could be equipped to any monster always if an effect says it can, but unless you specify what "an appropriate mosnter" is, it's gonna be hard for the user to understand what that is. I don't really run Draguinity, but I have seen a lot of people who do, so it would be a nice boost for them. You might also want to fix the OCG, I don't get why people always forget to capitalize some things, don't they read the original cards ever? You clearly should have since you are making a boost for them, so IDK what's going on here. Anyways, it's okay, but I don't run this kind of deck so it's not really for me. 7/10

Good point, i really wanted to use that as cost for each time you would use the effect. Though i may need a more help on this.

Eh, it's not bad. Vajrayana already equips your Phalanx for you to make an 8, although I suppose it could equip aklys to use its effect to pop something and still get the 8, or this card could be used in conjunction with a regular synchro to get the phalanx ss and make a bigger monster. Honestly, I don't see why the discard clause is in there, it's not really necessary for a card like this that is already a -1 to play. You can feel free to take it out, really.

You could get away with something along the lines of:

[b][i]Once per turn during either player's turn: You can target 1 Dragon-Type Tuner monster in your Graveyard and 1 face-up monster on the field; equip the first target to the second target.[/i][/b]

Yeah I think that would be alright.
I like seeing some love for Dragunities, that alone makes me like it.

This card would open up double summoning for Dragunitys and speed might be X2 as fast.
