The summoning clause makes this really tricky to use, but the effects are so damn good that it's probably worth summoning. The thing I don't like about it is the +4 effect. People are going to abuse that, John. So please burn it. The first effect is ok, given the steep summoning clause. As it is, it's quite balanced. Chaos Dragons can use it, Chaos in general can use it and Verz will be very happy indeed if this thing is printed. The first effect is abusable because the way you word it, you can remove 1 card and still discard 2 cards. At this point I would say the second effect is broken but it actually isn't. Your opponent needs to have 5 cards in his/her hand to use it, which is downright impossible right now unless it's the first turn or if you happen to be against Exodia. However, it's still pretty broken because some decks will find a way to summon it in the first turn and create FTKs everywhere. Sorry bro, card's no good. Burn it with acid. [/quote] Those rulings were made by Upper Deck, so it's considered unofficial by Konami. Plus, Mazera's effect is different since the target is picked at random but with this your opponent picks the cards they discard. Other people can't realize what you have to go through... The second effect goes along with a major drawback - you have to tribute 3 DARKs, then remove the card from play (most likely leaving you open), and half your LP all to make your opponent discard 5.
