Cool got some comments.

Anyways guys, appreciate the help and all but i'll explain why I didn't do such choices.

I have used starlight road before and it's very good, I really don't regret using it. The reason I took it out about 2 months into testing for the tournament was cause the card was inconsistent. I needed to make the deck as consistent as possible and starlight road just didn't cut it. Plus there where many times when it wasn't even needed and just sat there dead. Starlight Road is not a bad card, especially in this deck but it's not to be used in the event. I can easily adjust my playstyle to go without it. As for why maxx C and no other hand traps. Maxx C is to speed up my own deck while putting both a psycological factor on my opponent and controlling their own plays. It's simply a plus card and nothing more, plusses that will make me end the game when done. I could easily play this deck without any hand traps but I saw maxx C as the most live one in comparison to the rest and it gave the deck some good speed as well as counter plays.

@ Virexars, sorry but one starlight road was enough, there is hardly space for two. Three faultroll is a must and most experienced players that play the deck along with me can agree. In this hasty format we need as much speed and explosiveness as possible and that comes with three faultroll. Do I open multiple copies of this card? Yes and honestly I don't mind it, in fact if I have them opening hand the better and soon I can explode. Maybe in the past you could have gone away with two faultroll but not anymore. And like I said before I don't like veiler, I prefer Fiendish Chain for it's amazing versatility. Dimensional Prison is also too good in here, especially when people side into thunder king and other stuff like Banisher of the Radiance. It takes out annoying enemies like Dolkka as well. Too good of a card to leave.

Thank you for the comments though and I hope I didn't come off as someone that's just dismissing your suggestions. Im simply explaining why I didn't make them. After all I have been practicing A LOT for this tournament and I have seen all the suggestions you guys have told me so far.

+2 Mystical Space Typhoon (MST)
-2 Trap Stun/Max C (to side)
MST is a card you should be running. Personally, I would go as far as running 3 MSTs because you will want to destroy that Warning/Torrential Tribute/Bottomless before starting your combos. It is true that Hyunlei takes care of S/Ts, but if your opponent stops her with a Warning you will be left vulnerable. I see you got Trap Stuns to stop said traps, but they are not as fast as MST; and Maxx C won't be of any help if you are not running other hand traps to stop your opponent's swarming that will most likely end in an OTK.

-1 MX-Saber Invoker
+1 Zenmaines/Leviathan Dragon/Soul of Silvermountain
Invoker isn't that good in your deck, considering the only target is Boggart, who works better in the hand. You really shouldn't go Rank 3 in Sabers because Darksoul and Emmersblade are better used on the field, and you can use Fulhelm for Synchros rather than Xyzs. However, you can run a Zenmaines, Leviathan or Soul to go into it in an emergency.

+1 Photon Strike Bounzer
-1 Blackship of Corn
You can make it easily with 2 Faultrolls or Faultroll+Hyunlei, and will keep you opponent's monsters effects in check. You can drop Blackship of Corn, given that you won't be able to go into Rank 4s often with this Deck.

Side Deck:
-3 Macro Cosmos
Not needed since X-Sabers want to go and stay in the graveyard because of Darksoul and Gottom's E-Call, and you already have 3 Banisher of Radiance. Other Side-Deck choices are the Light/Shadow Imprisoning Mirrors and even Imperial Iron Wall for keeping your Sabers in the grave.

Now, stuff you can try, but I don't know if they will give you good results:

+1 Gottom's E-Call
This card is too good, so you could run 3 to draw into it sooner. Yeah, it might clog if you draw it during the first turns, but with your deck full of X-Saber monsters you should be able to put those 2 monsters in the grave as soon as in Turn 2 and this card will be ready to be used.

+1 Reinforcement of the Army (ROTA)
Deck thinning is good; you could drop any of your traps or a Maxx C to run this.

+3 Fire Formation - Tenki
+1 Fire Fist - Bear
Like ROTA, Tenki is a deck thinner; then Bear can further use it to destroy an opponent's monsters; and if Bear causes damage you search for a Tenki, further speeding up the deck.
I run this engine in a X-Saber variant I have on DN and it doesn't dissapoint. If you can get it before the YCS, try it.

Thanks for these suggestions, I have the following to comment about them.

Photon Strike Bounzer: Don't know why I didn't put it since it was SUPPOSED to be there. Hmmm must have missed it. I'll take out a blackship of corn for it.

Macro Cosmos: It's staying sorry, the thing is macro doesn't really hurt me anymore since I have learned how to play around it with ease, alot has to do with the fact that I side it. My side is made to combat the following and only the following: Mermails, Wind Ups and Rabbit and Inzektor. With emphasis on Mermails and Inzektors. That's the reason I run triple Macro, Triple Banisher cause I need to draw one of these as soon as possible game 2 and 3 against these two decks.

Triple Gottoms' E call: I FEEL YOU!!! TRUST ME I FEEL YOU I have played triple GEC FOR THE LONGEST TIME!!!! And this was by far the hardest decision I had to make but I needed the space, i needed that extra card to fit in here... and GEC had to go to 2. BUT I FEEL YOU TRUST ME, if I could run three of this I WOULD!!! I mean I have been doing it for almost three years!!!

Tenki/ROTA: I know what you mean with this but I already tried it and it was just cute. I prefer to do the tutoring and searching through the actual sabers like Darksoul and Emmers. But thanks for this suggestion, it's a legit suggestion.

I get where you are going with Zenmaise, but the reason I FINALLY replaced it for Invoker after having it in my extra for a year now was the following: Mind Control. Invoker makes mind control a powerful tool and possible otk enabler. Fetch a sangan from the opponent, summon a fulhelm, go into invoker, detach fulhelm, get a boggart, summon faultroll and proceed from there. Too good of an xyz in sabers. It also has great synergy with Banisher and let's me control when I want to push. Do enough damage to the opponent's grave with Banisher, and as soon as im safe for the kill, summon fulhelm, overlay into Invoker and proceed from there.

Finally, MST vs Trap Stun. This is something that I have been going on and off about the last month. Sometimes Trap Stun is the magic weapon, sometimes MST. I don't know where I will finally stand on this when YCS miami comes but you can be sure that both cards are staying either main or sided.

There's my thoughts, once again I hope I didn't come off as arrogant or dismissing your suggestions. It's just that I have done so much testing with this deck it's ridiciolous all the stuff that I have tried! :D

Don't worry about that. After all, they are only suggestions and it's fine if you don't take them.

I got one more suggestion:

+2 Solemn Warnings

-2 Dimensional Prison

Warning is pretty much a staple nowadays. If you can get them or if you already have them, you can drop the Prisons for them.

This one is a bit trickier to explain cause in a sense I run warning in all my saber builds. This one in particular is a build made specifically for the event, which im prediciting that everyone and their mother will come with Mermails, in other words, this build is made to win every game 1 against mermails in the event and my side deck will take care of the rest on games 2 and 3. Solemn warning is not really good vs mermails since they have so many ways to get around it plus they put so much dmg on the board that losing 2000 just so another megalo comes by is not a happy sight. Prison however is a much better option regardless of marksman and can really set them back when losing a monster like megalo or abyssleed.

I doubt Mermails will see more representation than Rabbit, which Warning is definitely good against.  Personally I'm not a huge fan of Fiendish Chain, and I'd like to see a second Torrential in there (it's a fantastic + with Darksoul after all) but whatever works for you.

I wouldn't play Gottoms at any more than 2 anyway.

Nah, the build looks pretty solid to me but seeing as you're insisting on playing 3 Maxx C you might want to fit a Grandsoil in there, but then again it is a bit winmore.

EDIT: Forget Grandsoil, get Pot of Duality in there, you need to find a way to get Darksoul/Emmers on the board as quickly as possible.
