To explain what this deck is, its more of a advanced E-HERO deck made of a mixture of Neos, a small number of anime Heros and the main 4 manga HERO's which use their own Omni HEROIC's (with an exception of Absolute Zero).

This card can be normal summoned without a tribute, if summoned this way, reduce this cards ATK and DEF by 500 and this cards level becomes 4.

When this card is tribute summoned, you can reduce this cards level by 1 and special summon 1 level 4 "HEROIC Liberator" from your graveyard to your side of the field, the summoned monster cannot attack during the turn it was summoned.

* While in Attack Position: Increase the ATK of the monster equipped with this card by 1000, the equipped monster cannot attack this turn, if the monster equipped with this card is "HEROIC Liberator Kingdom Neos" increase the ATK by 1500 instead.
* Increase the DEF of the equipped monster by 500, the equipped monster can attack while its in defence position, if the equipped monster is "HEROIC Liberator Kingdom Neos" increase the equipped monsters DEF by 1000 instead.
Their can only be 1 "Liberation Arms - Dash Daschund" face up on your side of the field.

This card can only be Fusion Summoned with the listed Fusion Materials. This card is unaffected by monster effects. during the battle phase, if this card attacks all "HEROIC Liberator" monsters you control are unaffected by the effects of your opponents spell and trap cards this turn. when this card is removed from the field all battle damage this turn is reduced to 0.

This lore has now changed to If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent, if this card deals damage this way add 1 "HEROIC Liberator" from your graveyard to your hand.

This card can only be summoned by Fusion Summon. This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each "HEROIC Liberator" either on your side of the field or in your graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, you can select and special summon 1 "HEROIC Liberator" from your graveyard, excluding "HEROIC Liberator Colossal Crusader" ignoring any summoning conditions it may have.

This card can only be Xyz summoned by placing this card on top of "HEROIC Liberator Kingdom Neos" while your life points are 2500 or less. This card is unaffected to monster effects. During either turn you can detach 1 material from this card to make this card all "HEROIC Liberators" you control unaffected by your opponents card effects this turn and reduce the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls to 0 ignoring any effects that monster may have. If you control a monster that's not a "HEROIC Liberator" or Light Warrior-type monster this card cannot declare an attack. During the End-Phase of your opponents turn if you have a "HEROIC Liberator Kingdom Neos" in your graveyard you can attach it to this card as a XYZ material.

This cards name is also treated as "Polymerization". Activate one of the following effects;
* Send 2 monsters from your hand or your side of the field to the graveyard as Fusion materials for a Fusion monster with the listed materials and Fusion Summon it.
* Send 1 monster from either your hand or your side of the field and 1 monster from your deck to the graveyard as Fusion materials for a Fusion monster with the listed materials and Fusion Summon it. You can only activate "Neo Polymerization" once per turn.
