If you control no monsters: you can discard 2 cards; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard and attach 2 Level 5 monsters from your Graveyard as it's Xyz Material. If this card is Special Summoned by this effect, it gains the following effect: You can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Banish 1 Face-up monster on the field. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

Basically, if Chaos Sorcerer got too drunk one night and made love to Allure Of Darkness, the lovechild of their affair would be this.

Bad. I don't like. It's another tool for Dark Worlds. Dark Worlds are the only thing that can bring this thing out and this would make them even more OPed than they already are and make them even more consistent. I don't like. Neither effect is okay, they are both extremely powerful, they are all +1s. Rating 0.1/10.

You can also bring it out with Garbage Lord, Steelswarm Mantis, Fortune Lady Dark, Noble Knight Medraut and a few chaotic Dragons. The most consistent Deck for this card is Inzektors, which can bring it out with Dragonfly and Ladybug, but then you can't use the banish effect.

 

Funny that this is more or less balanced. The -1 from the Graveyard recursion is canceled out by the +2 from the unlimited banish, but since you need 2 Level 5 monsters in the Graveyard for it, it would require some inconsistency. The Allure of Darkness effect is neat but once you have the tools to make a Rank 5 monster you should be winning with that, not trying to draw into an answer, and if you use it after it's been revived you're not likely to have much of a hand.

 

Maybe make the final effect once-per-turn.
