Zextra
...Because I <3 this card... And that anti-negation effect is pretty sweet :P All non-Fairy-Type monsters lose 500 ATK and DEF. The activation and effects of your Spell and Trap Cards cannot be negated. Discuss...

Love of Ghibli
I love this in boss fairies. No you can negate my call of the haunted as I get back superbia and derp for game. This is so beautiful and I was never sure of this but I think you can play around your own royal decree. Its just great...and its level 8 so its a trade-in target. Boss fairies are wonderful :3 And I actually never thought about combining it with Decree. But yeah, Decree's effect would become one-sided since it would no longer be able to negate your own traps. And yes, Trade-in is a must in boss fairies, since so many of their key cards are Level 8 - Hyperion, Krystia, Superbia, Venus, and even Asmodeus if you tech in 1.
