You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard with the same level as the detached monster, except the detached monster, but it cannot declare an attack this turn. And clearly that's what it's designed for, based on the materials and requirements. Still, I feel like it's a really unique idea for Xyz, considering all the level manipulation that's used to make them, especially in ZeXal.
