I actually really like this card and I believe it reduces stall as well as being another Level 9 Synchro option to turn to other than Mist Wurm. It also allows for using only 2 monsters... not sure if that is a good idea or not because Deep Sea Diva + Megaloabyss = this. Anyway, reps for good reviews, helpful comments and suggestions/fixes!

I'm also considering changing its ATK to 3100, 3200 or even 3300, but I don't really think it's a good idea to allow this guy to clear the 3000 ATK tier.

I dont think it should have more attack as tbh as it would make it stronger than it needs to be. The reason I don't think it needs more power is that is is much easier to summon than mist wurm. How? Take for example this card: egoistcal ape. this + a level 4 monster = your guy. Of course as a level 9 it still isn't as easy to summon as a level 6 or 8 (Those are the easiest to summon right? I dunno depends on the deck) and since we are in a Meta of XYZ Monsters it wouldn't see as much play as it could have a few formats ago. However, it is good that you have a monster that can defeat stardust AND scrap dragon. So I think it is a balanced card and one that needs to be played carefully in order to prevent your opponent from going + due to taking damage.

Balance: 8/10 - There is no "HEY I'M AN OVERPOWERED CARD!" (or underpowered) alarm ringing so good job.

Creativity: 9.5/10 - I'm not giving this to you for the idea but because the card's effect actually requires you to think about your plays and attempt the optimal damage without allowing your opponent to draw or heal.

Overall: 8.75/10 Good Job I actually really liked the card!

Obviously a tricky card to use. You definitely have to plan out your moves before just rushing into battles and for this I commend you. So often now, are cards that are just Summon, Summon, Summon, Attack, Attack, Attack, and there is not much strategy involved, but this card is set apart from that mainstream. As for the card itself, I wouldn't increase the ATK, it can already run over, as said before, Stardust and Scrap Dragon, which are to my knowledge the 2 Synchros most used in the metagame. The fact that I can use 1 or more non-Tuners gives this card a bit more versatility than most level 9s, allowing to use a Level 7 and a Level 2 or even a Level 8 and a Level 1, which is more than possible. The effect definitely fits the 'Fairy' theme, as does the name, so aesthetically this card is great. All in all, a good card.

Balance: 10/10, really no issue here

Usability: 7/10, a format or two ago this card would have gotten a higher ranking, but with Synchros seeing much less action...and the fact that you have to have a brain to use this card and for quite a few people that might prove a problem, lol.

Originality/Creativity: 9/10, I don't think I have ever seen a card like this before, so there is the obvious reason for such a high ranking here. The only reason I deduct one point, is that while yes it fits the fairy theme, Life Point gaining has been done, countless times, but the deduction for not taking enough damage is really a breed all its own.

Overall: 9.3/10: A nearly perfect score.
