the pic is fukkin dope dude, its effect kinda reminds me of arcanas but this card is superior cause if u fukk up and call it wrong u can still negate the eff if u have to loll the wording culd flow a little better but cool card  welll done kid

Done well, quick on game changing and even though you get the wrong chance you still avoid the fault outcome. Moreover it's balanced and well put off, 9/11!

Anyways.... I don't think it's all that good..

-It requires you to already have other monsters out, because on itself, even with twice it's ATK, it's not gonna do anything on it's own.

-It's a coin toss card, so you have a 50/50 chance of doing what you want to do, and putting a card into a deck, that may or may not help you half the time, doesn't give any insentive to really want to use it to begin with.

-The discard 2 part is a bit too expensive for a self-damaging coing toss effect gone wrong. Even 1 is too much to me. It'd probably be better if the bad effect was nothing, if not another different but also good effect.

 

One more thing, you forgot to state where the 2 cards are being sent to. You forgot "to the Graveyard".
