I don't think it's all that good.. -It requires you to already have other monsters out, because on itself, even with twice it's ATK, it's not gonna do anything on it's own. -It's a coin toss card, so you have a 50/50 chance of doing what you want to do, and putting a card into a deck, that may or may not help you half the time, doesn't give any insentive to really want to use it to begin with. -The discard 2 part is a bit too expensive for a self-damaging coing toss effect gone wrong. Even 1 is too much to me. It'd probably be better if the bad effect was nothing, if not another different but also good effect.
