A quick single I whipped up and though would be decent.  Comment, review, rate, hate, whatever.  Enjoy!
Activate only during a turn in which a monster(s) were destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect). If all of those monsters are in your graveyard: You can discard 1 card; special summon 1 of those monsters from the graveyard, then send 1 card on the field to the graveyard.
Right off the bat, love the name. first, the image, very good choice in image! the creature inside the clock represents time travel, at least to me, which represents part of the cards effect, plus the city in the back looks like peaceful and clean enough to be called a utopia.

the effect itself it quite awesome. you can bring back a monster that was destroyed, similar to the time capsule trap card (or whatever its called i forget). plus no matter how many monsters were sent, you can only bring back 1 and with a discard cost. its a simple cost that will be totally worth it for saving your hide. also, the fact that you made it to Send a card to the graveyard instead of destroying it lets you get rid of a possible Stardust Dragon or anything with similar effects. It also says, send 1 card on the field, so you can also send a card you control for further strategy.

overall, love the card and the concept, very balanced and perfect for just about any deck. 10/10

It's a pretty easy to use card. Your opponent uses their Torrential Tribute, and you downright revive it. At first I wondered what the discard was for, until I realized the last effect gets rid of card from either side of the field... It is probably too generic, actually. To the point of staple-worthy.

I know pesky walls are a thing nowadays, but "send to the Graveyard" has never sounded too nice to me as a card removing effect, which is the one thing I'd be thinking about, concidering how generic it is. Even as a +0, it does give you two benefits there... hmmm...

I'm not entirely sure if it's really a bad thing or not. If the new list is true, Warning's missing slot might become Bottomless, which tells me this could be as dead as against Warning. Then there's Torrential and Dark Hole, and other archtype card-removal will get rid of the backrow first.

Err... I .. suppose yeah...

Btw, is it intentional that it doesn't target a specific monster in the Graveyard?

I mean, I think that's neat because D.D. Crow would hurt a lot after the discard cost, so just wondering.
