Ren✧
I've honestly never played the Elemental Dragons, so I don't know how well this card supports them or how much it would break them, but that is what you good people of YCM are for. The effect sounds awkward to me, and I am sure there is a better way to phrase it, so any help there would be much appreciated.
Cannot be Special Summoned. If this card is banished; Declare 1 monster type. As long as this card is banished, monsters with that type cannot attack or activate their effects the turn they are Summoned. If you take damage while this card is banished; Reduce the damage to 0 and place this card on the top of your Deck.
Sander
Who would even main deck this? It's too slow to be of any use. Even its side deck worthiness is very, very low, as you'd be required to run a card that might not work against your opponents deck (ie, they're running Mermails etc. etc.) And then comes in the fact that you'd be required to banish this card in order to trigger its effect; there are very few cards that allow you to actually banish stuff used in the game anymore, best card(s) would be Allure of Darkness (which is @1, so good luck with that) and Gold Sarcophagus (only accomplishes a 2 turn soft lock). There is also Macro Cosmos, but you're far better off running Macro Rabbit if you want to use Cosmos. tl;dr: It sucks.
groniack
The effect right now is not that much worth running. Well it can easily activate its eff with elemental dragons since it is a dragon monster but the effect requires you to have a monster on the field and your opponent to have a monster. Too many requirements for an effect that is not that great. Well you can change the effect to "When this card is banished: Target one monster your opponent controls; That target's effect is negated." I think this way it would be of some use but even then I think I wouldn't use it. Well if you made it have an attribute of an already existed elemental dragon it might have seen some play. The art is great though.

With the Elemental Dragons out there are more ways to banish Dragon-Types. The effect right now is not that much worth running. The art is great though. Yeah the Attribute thing was definitely a factor for me. I would've liked to have found a dragon that could've gone with a different attribute, but all the ones that I saw that fit into Phobia Dragon's style were most definitely DARK monsters. Honestly, didn't think about the fact that both you and opponent had to have a monster on the field restriction...hmm...will work on restyling card. EDIT: Alright, reworked the card. L0SS
Quite interesting, and a useful shut down tool for a turn or two. Gold Sarcophagus this bad boy and it sounds like some great anti-meta. And that's a good thing.
Ren✧
Thank goodness. I was beginning to lose faith in this card.
