Legality Issues

Question

Hello,

I've made some yugioh anime style oricas and printed them in good quaility, it feels like a real card. I want to sell them but I don't know if it's ok. I didn't took anything from Konami except for the art and texts of the card which I see that there are some sellers on ebay that sells oricas like this. I even changed the card backs to another one I've created myself. If I'm writing in the product description that these cards are fake and tournament illigal, can I sell them?

Here's the pics of the front and back of the cards:

People sell custom OriCas (Original Cards) via ebay all the time. It's not PERFECTLY legal, but it's not to the point that Konami actually cares. It IS technically legal, however, to say that you GAVE it to someone, and they just so HAPPENED to GIVE you under $100 in return. After that it becomes taxable, I believe, though that number may not be high enough. People still give each other money over that amount without letting the government tax it anyway, and nobody really cares.

Of course, this is all assuming you live in the United States, as I do.

They will not be allowed in any torment.

Or any duel for that matter I'm sure.

Actually, I am fairly certain they can be used to taunt people.

As for the second part, meh. If you and the person you are playing against are okay with it, I don't see why not.

Ok, thank you for the answers. I will upload my cards to ebay today or tomorrow and I wanna know, this is ok to advertise my cards in here? I mean, to open a post for the shop on ebay? And if it's ok, where can I do it in this forum?
