I don't see how it "outclasses" it, when Solemning Bamung sets it off, and it puts pressure on the opp to time their TTs right or they get fucked up. It's not bad, but is it really that good, when armory arm will be more useful in more situations than Balmung? I'm not saying that Balmung is bad, but Armory arm is better. So theoretically you just said 'Well, why buy it for $11 when I can buy it for $30 on Amazon!". What kind of fucked up logic is that? Everyone knows you go by eBay for Ultras/Secrets/Ultimates/some Supers and then Troll and Toad for Commons and Rares. Why spend more when you don't have to? It all depends on the deck. Honestly, I could see Armory Arm working better in something like Mermails because of Megalo or something. In something like Junk Doppel, Balmung is better.
