Sleepy
Not much to say. Xyz tool. Easier to search Toon World that actually does something. Something to somewhat resemble the anime Toon World when it closed to protect them. Wanted to add more things but I don't want one card to do too much. Toons certainly need tools. It's name is also treated as "Toon World". Toon Monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF. Once per turn, when a Toon Monster is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 card with the same name from your hand. Deck, or Graveyard, in face-up Defense Position. You can select Toon Monsters on the field as the attack/effect targets of your opponent's attacks/effects. Judαs
It seems balanced, but it's a little wonky: 500 ATK/DEF is quite a lot. Now while this is the deck that is absolutely completely inconsistent otherwise 500 is still too much. The only cards giving such huge boosts with additional effects are Madolche Chateau and Necrovalley: and they do it because the base stats of Madolches/GKs are absolutely pathetic, they need it. Toons attack directly after 1 turn, so I think 500 is slightly overkill; it allows even something basic as Gemini Elf to compare to the likes of Laggia.. The second effect (the summoning). First of all, it doesn't work with all class A/B toons (wikia terminology), the only ones it works with are Cannon Soldier, Gemini Elf, Masked Sorc, GAF and Alligator (lol.) While it looks balanced, you're just letting someone make a Shock Master with only two cards both of which are directly searchable. That's more broken than the ATK boost imo. Third effect seems fine I guess, but once per turn would be more balanced. As a whole, it's just a uber huge 1 card combo doing a lot of things. About the boost, remember that only Toon Alligator and Toon DMG are allowed to attack the turn they are Summoned, making it somewhat irrelevant for offensive purposes. Though I'm not that fond of that effect either. If anything, it makes Mermaid endangered by Bottomless. I could take it off I guess.... but is it really that bad? =0 As for the second one. I made it thinking of Summoned Skull, Manga Ryu-Ran, and Mermaid. Tell me why doesn't it work? It's not limited to Normal Summons, and last time I checked, cards like Inferno Reckless Summon are viable with Mermaid IRL. Although I liked the idea of reducing 1 to the triple Summon... *goes to the CardMaker* The last one will just let you control the order in which your cards die, unless the Spell itself is destroyed, in which case they all still die by their own effect. It's not limited to Normal Summons, and last time I checked, cards like Inferno Reckless Summon are viable with Mermaid IRL. It doesn't work for any of those cards: Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing the same number of monsters required for a Tribute Summon. the old Toon Text didn't specify where it should be SS's from, but if you by chance played the video games, you'll know. But still it allows you to spam Shock master just by normal summoning Gemini Elf. \ I don't know where you read it but IRS doesn't work with Class A/B toons unless you happened to SS all of them beforehand and they're in the graveyard EDIT: idgi, the text clearly says the part bolded above, but then I found this: In the TCG, yes, you can, since Toon Monsters are not Special Summon-only monsters. You can Summon additional copies of "Toon Mermaid" from your hand, Deck, and Graveyard. In the OCG, Toon Monsters are Special Summon-only monsters (like "Dark Necrofear"), so they can't be initially Summoned except by their own conditions. You can use "Inferno Reckless Summon" to Special Summon additional copies from your Graveyard, but only if they were properly Special Summoned beforehand. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 20:05, July 18, 2010 (UTC) So I guess you're right. What an awkward wording.

And yeah, they have some awkard wordings and drawbacks.
