Sleepy
Ok, I know this section is incredibly inactive at the time of giving comments, but hopefully I'll be successful this time around. Level 1s are undersupported. If Konami can make Rank 7s because Level 7's are hardly harder to bring out than Level 4s, why not give a similar treatment to low Levels?.... at least that's the concept. 1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner monster When it attacks an opponent's monster: You can target that monster; switch this card's original ATK with the target's. Btw, is there a limit to how many threads one can have in the front page at a time?
Zazubat
Ugh, after using Judas and Zextra's Templates, I realize how horrible the YCM one is, and why I never used it. Anyways: Not many Level 2 Synchros out there, and I find this both pretty useful, and pretty balanced. As a Level 2, not a lot of Tuners can really bring it out that fast, and while you can use level modifiers, that typicly takes a card away from you. Tokens are also a great way to use this card. As it's effect happens when it attacks, you cannot attack face-down monsters, as they flip during the Damage Step. This means it's farily balanced as you can't just destroy any monster you wish. Also it only works when you attack, meaning your opponent can't just run over it. It's nice to get rid of almost any monster. I quite enjoy this card

I particularly enjoy the fact a simple Book of moon can counter it. I think the wording in particular should be "When this card attacks an opponent's monster: You can target that monster; Switch this card's original ATK with the ATK of the opponent's monster." I wonder if there are any lvl 1 Tuners out there. If so, and lvl 1's being spammable, it'll be easier to bring out this card. Its so overt, its covert! Hahaha, 8/

Hahaha, 8/9 I guess that'd be a more usual way to word it... I should actually write it like that... It has 2000 DEF though. So Book of Moon still makes it be an OK wall xD As for the question of Level 1 Tuners. Depending on the deck, we have these, from which Effect Veiler is the most used one by far:
