Though this is casual and traditional format, I still want to make improvements and I can buy cheap cards, but my budget is like $10. I'll be facing stuff like Agents, Ninjas, Worms, Lightsworns and Dark Worlds (None of them will be pro). It's Traditional Format, but the one thing that is taboo would be Raigeki. Chaos Dragonswornzektors 37 cards, I dunno how to fill it up more, what should I add?
