Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Well, this is just a minor thing, but I don't think they should have been called Cyberdarks. It would have been cool if they were their own archetype that supported them. I also have a small gripe about some of them effectively functioning the same as the common dragunity combo except harder to pull off (and there isn't a Synchro that would trigger it again anyways). Only card you could really link to Stern's effect is Power Tool/Power Mecha Dragon, which is a little random, except that the cards have similar origin themes. (which needs 1 generic tuner + 1 or more machines)
Toffee.
Love the way you did Wyvern.Though, aren't the smaller Cyberdarks only supposed to be Level 3 or lower? Unless its like an obscure Red Eyes Wyvern counterpart(Which, I'm assuming you were going for).Either way, I like it for the fact it searches Impact. Also I think Bow seems a little ridiculous. Mostly, It leads to so many MP2 shenanigans. Not saying that's bad or anything, just seems pretty trollish.
StarKnightJacobs
This is a really good idea, expanding a group that was only 5 cards for the longest time. Everything looks good on this, especially the use of specific cards to enhance the equip effects. I don't know why hull has to be unable to be normal summoned, but other than that, very good on all sides.

I don't know why hull has to be unable to be normal summoned Because it's a Level 3 monster with 1800 ATK and no other restrictions.
StarKnightJacobs
Okay, but hull would only be the strongest lvl 3 by only 50 atk points(past Jerry beans man, and he's a normal monster, and his def is also 0.). Since his eff only works when equipped, he might as well be a normal monster until he's equipped. If that's still how you feel, then I won't argue. His effect is still good enough to make him very useful. It's still a good set all-round.
