In geneneral your OCG (original card grammer) is not perfect, but definitly readable/understandable, that's good.

 

For the 1st 2:

 

edit: I think that you should change the 1st effects to be "once per turn" (the during your main phase part is implied by that wording) effects instead of unlimited numbeof uses, at any time "during either player's turn" effects, its powerful enough without that and as is,  its WAYY too strong.

 

I can see a few OTKs involving galaxy queen's light and these cards (or at least huge damage moves)

I assume you meant 2 monsters and 3 monsters intead of -2 monster and -3 monster (negative material counts, how does that work lol)

For the 3rd:

 

Its kinda underwhelming, maybe add gachi gacih's effect to it?

Also, its "detach" not "remove" an xyz material (look up some xyz monsters like gachi gachi and Number 17: Leviathan dragon as examples of how it word it).
